Contact me for a free online or in person quote. I will gather preliminary details about your service needs and provide a quote for services and the contract will be sent along for signing.
Service
Contract & Scheduling
If the quote is accepted and the contract signed, I will schedule services based upon availability. There is no need to be home to render payment. (Please note: Following the Agreement form is important for efficiency in servicing your property.)
Invoice
Service & Invoice
On the day of service, I will make an initial pre-inspection report of the property to document details and condition of the property. This report will be made available to you for your records. I will render services and the invoice will be sent to you via email or text.
